Dealing with a break up is tough on both parties, especially when you are the one dumped. There are two main reasons why you are feeling twice the pain experienced by your ex when dumped. However, as you go on to resist the break up, your ex is forced to either coax you into giving up by "giving it another try" or coming up with even more reasons for breaking up.
